104 Av. Victor Hugo, 1750 Luxembourg
10:00 to 11:30

Stirring the flame and calming the fire:  activate and settle

Can we listen to ourselves and our impulses to move?
Can we ignite ourselves to take action?
Are we capable of dynamic engagement?
Do we trust our body and heart so that we benefit from powerful movement both inside and out?

And then: Can we listen to ourselves and our need or wish for settling?
Can we calm our physical, emotional and cognitive systems after a state of high arousal?
Can we find ground, center, in order to rest peacefully between waves of activity?

There are moments where we need to fan the fire so that we can take actively part in the world or make our dreams and projects come true
And there are moments where we need to rest and to settle, in order not to burn out.

Come and join us on a common floor and in a common dance!
Good music is going to support us in our explorations.
