Center
Centering is the movement toward connecting with oneself. We focus our attention on sensations inside the body, an internal balancing point or alignment. The center can be found through midline, the core, the moving center or Hara.
Knowing the dance between center and off-center provides a mover with a feeling of freedom and grace from within. Learning to center again and again teaches us how to find equilibrium when life knocks us off-balance.

We live in a ”multi-life”: Multi-task, multi-language, multi-media, multi-cultural …
Technology allows us to in a few seconds to be connected to somebody or more people in other time zones, to order something from anyway, we get quickly information’s from everywhere and we are constantly reachable.
In these very active, busy and sometimes stressful times, finding our center, connecting just with ourselves seems sometimes more difficult than connecting with somebody at the other end of the world.
This Saturday, we’ll experience moving towards ourselves in an embodied way, mindfully and with awareness. We will explore the polarity of being balanced and disbalanced and ways to find our midline.
Good music is going to support us in our explorations.
Come and move towards your center on a common floor and in a common dance!
