We start the weekend with a dance where we let ourselves be inspired by the music and where our main intention will be to Move and Include!
When our body moves, everything moves. A gesture brings on a flood of feeling. A surge of emotion creates sensation. Thoughts might stir us up. Our minds might keep us tight and frozen or help us to make sense of what happens in our dance.
In Open Floor we move and include everything: Juicy moments of joyful release as well as challenging ones: shyness, hesitation, doubt, tension, sadness…
Let us join in a common dance on a common floor and be curious to discover what shows up!
