Pause II

Pause is an alive and receptive state where our larger outer physical movements cease and we can become aware of subtler physical, emotional, mind, or soul states.
It is different than a stop. To stop infers to end or cut something off. In pause we simply quiet our movement so we can turn our attention to energy and vibration.

We explore and embody Pause on the dance floor so that we get inspired to practice it on the big floor of daily life:

What would it be like if, right in the midst of our daily busyness, we were
to consciously take our hands off the controls? What if we were to intentionally stop our mental computations, programming and our rushing around and, for a minute or two, simply pause and notice our inner experience?
Through the art of pausing, we develop the capacity to stop hiding, to stop running away from our experience. We begin to trust in our natural intelligence, in our naturally wise heart, in our capacity to open to whatever arises.
