We live in a world that moves fast. Often too fast.

So much of our daily life asks us to respond immediately — to messages, to requests, to expectations, to needs that seem urgent. We react, we adapt, we keep going. And little by little, something tightens. We lose touch with our own rhythm.

This class is an invitation to explore pause — not as stopping or freezing, but as a living moment inside movement.

A pause can be a breath.
A pause can be a listening.
A pause can be the space where something new becomes possible.

In Open Floor, we say: move, then pause — and listen.
Pause allows us to sense what has shifted, what is alive now, what wants to come next.
It gives us a chance to respond rather than react.

This exploration is not about slowing down for the sake of slowing down, nor about doing things “right.”
It’s about reconnecting with the body’s intelligence — sensing how much space we need, when to wait, when to move, and how to stay present with what is.

As the year comes to a close, with its intensity, its gatherings, its expectations, this class offers a moment to land.
To feel the body.
To listen more deeply.
To let movement arise from clarity rather than urgency.

You are welcome exactly as you are — tired, full, curious, restless, calm.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Just an invitation to pause… and see what becomes possible.
