During the next few weeks I offer every second Saturday an Open Floor dance online session :
October 10th : 10.00-11.30 Ground and Release
We take full advantage of the warming up to deeply ground, to find our ancre, so that we can release in the second part of the class, buoyed by our feet, spine and the floor.
We need these ressources in daily life : If we want to release and to let go we must feel supported. The floor under our feet gives us this security if we dare to trust.
October 24th : 10.00-11.30
November 7th : 10.00-11.30
November 21st : 10.00-11.30
In each session we will explore one or two resources that Open Floor practice offers :
Activate & Settle, Centre, Dissolve, Expand & Contract, Ground, Pause, Release, Spatial Awareness, Towards & Away and Vector.
What happens during an online session ?
We take some minutes to come together, say hello, arrive…
Then, I will guide you through a 30 minutes guided warming up and we’ll come together again to « check the pulse » , to collect ourselves and to see what might be moving us through the next 40 minutes of free dance.
We close the session with a sharing where everybody is free to speak up… or not… you choose what is best for you at that moment.
Please always log in 10 minutes before the beginning of the session to check the technical aspect. Françoise is going to assist me during the class. Thank you,…always !
What do you need ?
A computer, a tablet or a smart phone. If you can, an external loudspeaker for a better sound.
A blanket, water or tea, a place where you feel good ! Exactely what you would need for a live class.
How much does it cost ?
Price : 5€ or 10€ or 15€ according to your personal financial situation. You pay what you can afford !

If you want to participate you have to send me an email until latest Saturday morning 8.00. I will send you the link you need to get online that Saturday morning
