PURE PRACTICE
with Annette

Pure practice sessions offer lightly instructed dances and allow us to follow our own flow.
We ask ourselves what we need most at a given moment. Is it Ground or Release or Vector that I might need today? Or does my body ask for Spacial Awareness or Expand & Contract?

And again, like always, we listen inside, we witness the needs of our body , heart, mind or soul and trust our intuition to follow our flow, to move and be moved by what shows up.

Pure practice is a movement structure that requires us to be self-reliant. It’s a movement structure that we can chose when we want to process something we have deeply explored.
And we have been exploring so much together!

Enjoy your dance, enjoy your togetherness, enjoy yourself moving and being moved.
