“Don’t fight for space. Become it.”
Yung Pueblo

Space surrounds us and lives within us—a constant interplay between what we feel inside and what we perceive beyond our skin. How often do we pause to notice it? To feel the vastness of the space around us and the depth of the space within us?

This week, we’ll explore the dance of space. We’ll gently move between the inner and outer worlds, discovering how to root ourselves in the present while staying open to what surrounds us. Together, we’ll practice the art of trust—trusting ourselves to take up space, trusting the space to hold us, and trusting others as part of this shared field.

Through movement, we’ll spark curiosity, transforming caution into possibility. We’ll explore how to feel connected rather than isolated, and how to find our place in the world—whether it’s within a circle of movers or in the broader circle of life.

This class offers an opportunity to cultivate awareness and presence, tools that ripple into our daily lives. When we trust the space, we can step into it with courage. When we honor our inner world, we can engage with the outer one more fully.

The Spaces Between

When you are in the center of your life,
it is space you inhabit:
space around your skin,
space where the earth holds you up.
Breathe in the space between your thoughts,
breathe out the distance you’ve traveled.
In this space, the world expands,
and you find yourself,
not as a point,
but as a constellation.
